Presuming this is properly attributed to Banksy, and even if not, I feel this.

Rachel Entrekin won the Cocodona 250 outright — first woman ever to take the overall title.
250-mile race from Phoenix to Flagstaff
Finishing time of 56:09:48, smashing the previous course record by over 2 hours. 13 minute mile pace for 56 hours.
Epic shit.
Guy jumps from an airplane at 7,620m with no parachute, lands in a net. Meets criteria.
I think my heart rate was higher than his, just while watching that.
What an insane undertaking.
I was wondering why he kept doing backflips on the way down. I thought he was just showboating. Then it all made sense. The timing of that last flip was pretty crazy. I assume he had a chute that he could have pulled if he ended up off course and a substantial neck brace.
I wonder how you practice this sort of thing. It’s kind of a one shot deal.
I’ve done some reasonably dangerous things (obviously nothing to this degree) and the mental focus to block out fears can be pretty intense. That being said, I cannot comprehend how one overrides all the alarm bells that must be going off in their head in the last ten seconds of that fall. The ground rushing up at you, the consequences of an untimely gust of wind right before you roll, etc.

Impressive!
BLeP Jr 2.0 has epic horsehoes. In games mostly but apparently also in life.
We just got back from a cruise from Barcelona to Italy and back. On the train ride back to the parking lot I noticed his napsack on the bench and told him not to leave it there. The next day we’re cleaning up the mess of luggage and I realized that his napsack is not at home. Check the car… nope. Shit, he left it on the train.
I looked up Pearson International lost and found and put in a report. The bag had his favourite stuffy in it, some drawings he did on the Disney cruise, and a soccer ball we bought for him at the FC Barcelona stadium store.
Two days later I got an email saying that the bag was found and returned to lost and found.
I did not expect to see it again.
That is a really cool story, thanks. Glad he’ll get it back.
How was the cruise? Which ports did you visit in Italy?
