I am still going strong on this thing
been having 1800 calorie days and today was a bit bigger at around 2800 which is good as I rode 39 miles with the Santa Clarita Velo club and had to have my P3 singled out as the only non road bike. But hey it was a good ride and burned 1900 calories.
Weigh in was 174.4 down from 184. The loss has definitely tapered as the initial bloat and full stomach has worked itself off.
This Epic thing is really helping me focus on my eating and www.fitday.com is a great awareness tool for calorie intake as well as make up. Just before lunch and after my workout I realized by looking at the pie chart that my fuel for the day so far was almost entirely carbs, so the Turkey and swiss sandwich was the perfect solution to get a better mix. Then the afternoon snack of almond butter on rye crisp made for a good treat.
