Without the steadfast reminder of my ST diet friends, I have found myself binging endlessly on peanuts, chocolate and other snack without discipline.

i’ve written a big sort of article update, that’ll be on the slowtwitch front page this evening.
I was just about to post-Thanks. One thing I was going to put into the Subject was the date because this Epic Diet should last for more than a week, in theory anyways ;-). This helps when performing searches and editing, etc. If you could edit that I would appreciate it.
So to the diet:
Sunday-Rest Day, Oatmeal + granola, lots of green tea, iced soy latte, 2 Cliff Bars, chicken salad, 2 pieces of focacia bread.
Monday: Run, Bike, and Swim
2 large cups of Green Tea, Oatmeal, protein powder, tsp. sugar, 1 1/2 cup of granola, soy milk, Chicken burrito sans tortilla, 3 rolled tacos, 1 cookie, Cliff Bar.
Weighed in at 173 this a.m…a 10 month low.
Grape nuts 1/2 c with yogurt, coffee
Turkey sandwich on wheat with swiss cheese and mustard and 220 cal worth of pretzels dipped in yellow mustard.
Banana
Powerbar Pria Complete (170c)
3 Chicken legs skin removed basted in egg whites and rolled in corn flakes, baked.
Ramen noodles
4 baby carrots
2700 calorie day.
By the way, other than coffee, the only thing I drink is ice water and I add an envelope of Super C to an 8 oz glass of it along with a One a Day Men’s multi vitamin.
No this will not die at least until our goal dates which mine is May 15. I will post Epic Tues now.
