If anyone knows the course it would be great if you could share some info on how the road surfaces are etc.
Is it me or does it look fairly technical from the map on the website?

I have done this course quite a few times, and it’s not that challenging. There is almost no flats on the course. There is a long steady climb up and down groat road. It usually is a disaster of potholes, but apparently it was replaced last month for the race!
Emily Murphy hill is the first climb. It’s fairly steep but pretty short. I hope they stagger the heats enough. When I did the Edmonton Triathlon Festival, this was a very congested area.

When I road on the trainer, the first hill was like 6%. The second got up to 12. But were very short.

So with that road repaired, is the surface reasonable?
