Let’s see… stay hydrated to keep your BP up enough to get blood to your brain. That helps. Undereat slightly at every meal to stay low in bodyfat and avoid inflammation. Get a lot of moderate exercise. And get enough sleep every day. And wake up at the same time every day.

absolutely right, most ppl forget about hydration though. it makes so much of a difference when youre sipping that water bottle all day.

I used to have a lot of “brain food” recipes, but I can’t remember what happened to them.
