Eating before morning swim

A glass of 5-Alive and an english muffin. Oatmeal and some fruit after

That is what I should have. I really usually have nothing and pay for it. Then I am extra hungry and go get McD’s on the way to work. Maybe that is why I don’t get anywhere and am still heavy.

And i don’t get any of the nerd jokes.

Granola bar with a banana washed down with a high carb shake.

Not that it helps, as I sink to the bottom but I get there fast.

There are two kinds of people in the world. Ones that can complete a thought, and…um…

My inventory of math jokes is quite limited, but here’s one more:

If you quickly need to know the solution to 13*403, just ask bunnyman. If there’s one thing rabbits can do, it’s multiply!

Here’s your fix…I do the same thing. A cup of joe is a must for me that early. If you have a blender, then make a smoothie to go. Banana, strawberries and blueberries w/ OJ and honey. A little soy protein powder. I can manage a glass of it that early. Take the leftovers and bring it w/ you in a tupperware sealed up with ice cubes to keep it chilled. Leave it in your car during workout. Makes a great recovery drink. Bring a squeeze bottle of gatorade w/ you to your workout for workout hydration and fuel. If you live in the Tampa Bay area and are in the M30-34 AG, then I would recommend eating 4 chocolate doughnuts on your way to the workout instead.

I ususally drink a 16 oz glass of juice and eat a trail mix bar. Sometimes I eat fruit and toast. Just to get some calories in and get the metabolism up. I always have my mulitvitamin in the morning too.

right age group, but about 1200 miles north of tampa bay. the doughnuts do sound tempting though

Peanutbutter’d Bananna with a glass of OJ. I find it sits well and gives me a little of what i need to keep going. Speaking of morning swim, I guess I had better get going. It will be after noon soon if I’m not careful.
