My understanding is that chemical castration hasn’t been effective. It suppresses the sex drive, but not the violent tendencies.

I agree – threre have been way too many second offence and third offence after these guys have already “Done thier time”.
The child molester has destroyed a life. I think you could cut an arm off or blind a person and do less damage then what a child molester does. I consider it a capital crime.
