Easton EC90 Aero 1 1/8" Fork on Softride?

I have a Softride Power V and not having much luck in finding a 1 inch fork; (one on ebay closed at $300!), perhaps the head tube could be modified in taking the larger 1 1/8??
Thanks in advance

Having a Softride Power wing myself, I know what you are talking about. From what others have told me, short of paying a frame builder to rip off your head tube and weld a new one that would accept a 1 1/8 tube, there is no option. I suspect this is why some of these old 1" forks are expensive.

Having said that, I guess another option is to have a custom fork make with a 1" tube, but that will cost same amount as $300 I figure.

Had no idea that these old forks were so expensive.

Good luck.
