I am not absolutely certain just how you are measuring but the Easton Base bar has approximately 14 cm of usable hand gripping area between the brake hood and the base bar. I have fairly large hands and they fit easily on the extensions with some extra space. I can not grip a HED/Oval bar in the same manner.

Thanks. I need the measurement from the back of the bar (i.e., from the center of the tube that the stem clamps on to) to the very front of the bar. I’d expect it to be more like 20cm?
I’m trying to figure out how far forward my hands will be compared to the Hed bar. The Hed sweeps forward some (NOT ENOUGH). Looks like the Easton does as well?
