For all Michigan residents, come up north to East Jordan, MI on June 30,2007 for one of the finest small town triathlons around. It is a N. Michigan classic- 300 yard swim, 19 mile hilly bike, and 3 mile run. It is put on by the EJ Chamber of Commerce and the same exact course has been raced on for 20 some years. It is one of the last N. Michigan classics as the old courses of Starekermann, Mark Mellon etc have been eliminated. All proceeds go to East Jordan Volunteer Fire/Ambulance. Just a great time, super friendly race director and volunteers- plus its only like $40 bucks.
