Did you NoCal folk just feel the earthquake we just had?
I am in SoCal but we felt it - a 6.4. Cool.
It’s a brutal winter day her in SoCal - 74 degrees and sunny. It’s time to take out the wind breaker vest for the ride - ouch!

I hope all you CA folks are all right. I’m on the other coast. The ground is stable here, but frozen solid. All CNN says is that it was 6.5, with a wide area affected.
I hope all is well.
We felt it in San Jose.
I did not feel it. I was on the treadmill doing my 4 mile recovery run. I am in dowtown LA.
Yes, felt it roll right across the room. More of a long jiggle than a shart jolt and lasted about 30 seconds getting stronger in the middle. Luckily it was down in the middle of nowhere. Bet anyone around Wildflower-land felt it really strong.

I was in the gym on the squat rack at the time- didn’t feel a thing.
Tri-California has an office in Paso Robles. Most of the Wildflower planning is handled out of there.
No, Tri California is in Pacific Grove. That’s about an hour and a half from Paso Robles.
They have two offices, one in pacific grove and one in Paso Robles. The one in Pacific Grove is run by Terry, and his daughter runs the one in Paso Robles. They are both 3 story houses that they live in the upper levels and run the office out of the lower levels.
Hey Cathy,
I work on the 24th floor of a 25 floor building in the Financial Dist. Our building was swaying pretty good for about 20 seconds. It is actually kind of neat. All the things thay say about getting under a table is a bit of BS. By the time you figure out your having an earthquake, then it registers in your mind, it is too late to go anywhere before it is all over. Maybe if it were a real big one and lasted a bit longer.
Well CA did not break off and fall into the Pacific this time.
Wily in Pacifica
Was riding home toward LA from Santa Barbara at that time. Guess that Carbon fiber forks really do absorb shocks!
have fun at training,
