Man, for us local athletes here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, this is like Christmas. We would like to welcome all you slowtwitchers to our homeland. It is so great to see the 1800+ athletes year after year.

Swam in the river today and it was great. Perfect temperature for competition. But the bike ride to the river was into 40+ gusts. Oh yeah, the river was rough as well. Great training for Kona.
