has anyone done this with there tri bike shifters? how hard would it be to do?

It is very easy; just expensive. You just buy the second set of down tube shift levers and use them on the bar end shifter body.

It is very easy; just expensive. You just buy the second set of down tube shift levers and use them on the bar end shifter body.

OR, buy the downtube shifters and the Jagwire Barcon shifter mounts. Should save you a little bit of money (~$20-40).
