Dura Ace and Ultegra

Can I take the Zipp 404 wheels that are on my 9 speed Dura Ace and put them on my bike that has 9 speed Ultegra without changing anything?

You have to take 3 onces of fluid out of 1 water bottle to accomodate for difference in weight, otherwise it should work just fine
