Shimano Dura 7800 Chainrings. 54/39. this combination is what i use on all my race bikes, and TT bikes. not recommended by Shimano, but it works perfectly and offers the best of the 54 for powering, and a 39 for climbing. Used 4 times (replaced by QRings)…$100 total for both. These are in as new condition.

Handlebar / stem - oval concepts RBT R700 stem. 120mm 1 1/8. alloy. super strong. what i use on all my bikes. Ritchey WCS alloy handlebar. 44 width. what i use on my bikes as well. For heavy road racing, avoid carbon bars and stems; very risky. $200 MSRP, yours $100
