I am participating in my first triathlon in more than 10 years in October (olymic distance). I’m curious to know…can you wear one piece tri-suits under a wetsuit? I was planning to purchase a one piece desoto but will need to use a sleeveless wetsuit for the swim.

Hello SF,
Not a dumb question at all. The De Soto Trisuit absorb very little water and are designed to be worn under a wetsuit. It acts like a rash guard for most of your body, so you wil be fine.
If you are new to the sport, remember what I call Emilio’s First Law of Triathlon.
“Do not use anything in a race that you have not tested first in training.”
