Anyone knowe where to find specific info on the Richmond Duathlon? Specifically, is the transistion area dirt, grass, concrete etc. Can shoes be on the bike? Gels GA or the course and where. Check in times, etc?

The transition area is grass and dirt, shoes on pedals - no problem.
No bottle exchange on the bike course. Gatorade and water on both run courses.
We are using a very unique wave starting system, you will be able to check into transition anytime after 6AM on Saturday.
