Dry Feet Help

Anyone recommend a good cream or lotion for dry feet, especially my heels? Thanks.

Bag balm.

12% ammonium lactate is now OTC (Lac Hydrin, AM Lactin XL, etc.)
.

Thanks Dr. Rroof, I swear, Slowman needs to put you on payroll here or something.

Well, that would be great (I spend enough damn time here). But then he would also need to pay BarryP on running, slew of coaches, probably DevP, etc. Just nice to have a place to find info quickly - I sure have learned a lot over the years lurking here (and met LOTS of cool people).

Second vote for bag balm. If it is good enough for teets, then it is good enough for feets.

vaseline followed immediately by cotton socks before bed at night. repeat each night. should see results after a couple of days but don’t stop doing it.

I randomly click on a thread during lunch and what do I find. I’ll take that as a compliment ; ^ )

BTW, EUCERIN is good for serious dry skin problems. For what ever reason, my feet would dry out so bad that they woud crack and bleed when I was about 11 years old. Eucerin took care of the problem in a few weeks. Then, the same thing happened to my hands when I was 19. Again, gone in a few weeks.

Ah, Eucerin

I need to send you the head to head, double blind, placebo controlled study with Eucerin vs. ammonium lactate than … Of course, it was paid for by the makers of Am Lactin, but still.
