IM READY TO MOVE ON THIS
drinks cup
.
Coffee is a new thing for me.
I had a cup of it this morning and all of a sudden, it was like there were all these butterflies in my heart. It was awful!
Don’t tempt me, I’m trying to wean myself so I can get down to only one large/venti size cup per day.
Well I was trying to cut back… but now I can justify that esspresso I.V drip that I always wanted!
I am out for another cup. Will make about 6today down from my normal ten
BTW
Did longest ride ever 92 miles today and used my disc . It was awesome. Got that lil focker up to speed and I was averaging pretty good and not pushing it going a lil over 18 1/2 mph then my tire rear tire flattened . I thought I remembered a bike shop about 1/4 mile away but was wrong so that screwed my average a little. Fixed flat made to shore had two slices of pizza and cup of coffee and headed back. Looked like with the wind I would beat my time up. Not around 60 miles legs gave out on the rolling hills and I was lucky to hit 22 on down roll. Actually went down to 12 mph on some. Any hints Jack?
That feeling makes you go faster though.

I read a survey somewhere people that drink coffee are 80-90% more likely to stick with a workout program then those who do not.
The study probably found a correlation between coffee drinking and sticking with a workout program
but you must remember that correlation does not imply causation.
