Drag/Resistance data for identical clincher vs tubular race wheels?

Is there any reliable data out there for aerodynamics/RR/Drag on tubulars vs clinchers assuming the exact same wheel model?
I know many have their stone cold personal opinions of one or the other, I am curious if any hard data has been assessed.

as far as aerodynamics, there’s not much info out there. The Zipp guy once posted that for 404’s, the clinchers are slightly more aero, and for 808’s, the tubulars are slightly more aero, but he didn’t really specify what tires were used. That said, I’m guessing that the variability between brands and widths of tires is probably bigger than the difference between tubulars and clinchers.

IOW, I’d worry more about tire selection itself than tubular or clincher.
