After downloading a single ride from the SRM PC VI to CyclingPeaks, I notice that I never get a single file. For example, if I do a 1 hour ride and download it to CyclingPeaks, I receive 4 or 5 files from that 1 hour ride. One file may 8 minutes long, another may be 20 minutes long, so forth… The longer the ride the more files I receive after downloading. So instead of uploading one file for one ride onto TrainingPeaks, I have to upload each individual file for that ride. Plus I haven’t figured out howto save them them in such a way that it all looks like one file.
My Question:
Anyone have this problem? If so any suggestions on how to correct it?
Thank you for any help.
There are a few issues downloading SRM straight to WKO+. My suggestion would be to always download to SRMWin first and then export and open with WKO. By downloading into the SRM software you can always go back if you had problems with calibration or your zero offset. Downloading directly to WKO does not allow this and you have the other issues to deal with as well.

Yes, best to go straight to Training Peaks as there are some issues with direct downloads from PCVI (bit no issues from earlier model PCs).
I have sent one to them that’s happening to me - I kind of get the opposite of what you are seeing. WKO+ shows a contiguous ride file with no time gaps at all for any stops, even though there are stops.
When I import the SRMwin file into WKO+, I get all the time gaps where they should be. My direct download also show the ride start time as the end of ride time.
I also get different AP and NP numbers by a small amount but I haven’t dug into that yet as I figure the time stamp issue needs to be fixed first.
