Based on a friend’s coach’s suggestion, we did:
1 hr. ride
20 min. run
1 hr. ride
20 min. run
I was feeling like shit on the first go around but on the second bike leg (slightly hillier), I got legs from above. And felt great on the final run to boot.
Anyone else do this kind of workout? I kind of dug it.
