Does WTC Kona slots have an age up rule like USAT TeamUSA?

If one is racing the USAT Nationals next week, there are 2 race results. The first is the AG racing, which is everyone is the age as of Dec 31, 2012. But, for TeamUSA slots, since the race is next year, these spots
have everyone being the Dec 31th, 2013 age for next year.

So, let’s take IMLT. It races on Sept 22, 2012 for kona slots in 2013. So, does it behave like USAT?
