Nah… just really skinny…

Too hard to tell … but she does have a felony conviction on her record now.

Are we sure it’s a she?

Not really … but we are sure “she” has a felony record as a result of the no contest plea entered.

She has a medical conition that causes the large throat and huge eyes. It can be treated but she has never sought help…

I have a secret confession that I’ll add to this thread, instead of the other one.

I think she’s hot, and I have a “thing” for her.

Yeah, she’s got a medical condition all right…it’s call crazy as a loon.

I still dont know what she did that was no legal for any adult in the United States to do…not her fault they had a search party…I just dont get it…makes me want to take off and see if they will search for me…

It’s illegal to call the cops and tell a bogus story about how you were kidnapped.

Count 1: False statement, concealment of facts.

Count 2: Falsely reporting a crime.

If you’re interested, you can read the indictment over at thesmokinggun.com.

I think the leaving town and being searched for is not what the fuss is about. She filed a fraudulent police report apparently detailing her fictional kidnappers and the fictional threesome she was fictionally forced to participate in against her will. I think she’s off the hook for the search party prior to running, but on the hook for the searching that was done after calling in kidnapped.

It wasn’t the Duluth, GA search that resulted in the criminal charges; it was the false statements to law enforcement officials. My take on this, right or wrong, is that the national attention and expenses associated with the false statements lead to this outcome. I really don’t believe there should have been felony charges, if anything they should have been misdomeaner charges. But I do agree with you, she did what any of us (with the exception of freestyle, sorry freestyle) have the right to do, with the exception of the false statements.

I still think that is shit - people lie to the police ALL THE TIME…hell, saying NOT GUILTY should be a felony then. There is no question she is being held to a higher standard cause the police felt like jack asses for looking for her…I hope she never gets pulled over and says “Officer, I was not speeding”…If I was her I would have just stayed in Vegas…let them pay to extradite her…this whole thing is pathetic really. And I dont see how she started the whole mess, she is an adult, she wanted to leave and then was freaked out that even CNN was out looking for her.

in college, a friend of mine was walking from class back to his dorm after a late class and spotted a couple campus safety officers. He took off running at full speed to see if they would chase him. They did, and caught him after a while.

The campus newspaper had a campus safety section and they actually wrote it up. “Officers aprehend fleeing subject after 6 block chase. Subject said he was running to see if officers would chase him.”

Agreed. She should have acted like an adult and just said, “look I am not ready, I need some time to figure this out.” End of story, its not news and nothing happens.

But what if it was an: “I’m not ready for him to find out I’m not a her?”.

I really do think they charged her in GA because they felt like idiots. If they hadn’t offered her a pretty lenient plea deal I think she could have beaten it.

She didn’t make a false police report in GA, she made it in New Mexico. I’m betting if push came to shove the charge would have been tossed because of lack of jurisdiction. None of the money spent in GA had anything to do with the police report. Once they found her GA stopped spending money. Besides, her false report unraveled in less than a day and New Mexico said they would definitely not charge her with anything.

But they offered her no jail, probation, and repay $2500. She gets to put it behind her right now and not have to be worried about being sued for the $50k they spent looking for her loony ass. So entering a no contest plea was a pretty easy way out. Now hopefully they can get those crazy eyes off my TV and out of my newspaper.

She has a nice “rack” that’s for sure, especially for being as thin as she is.

Chris

Sorry for the red x. Check the yahoo story.

That’s awesome. (or is it “huge”? )
