equate to the same amount of time outside? I did a 2 hour trainer ride yesterday and was wondering it that would equate to 2 hours outside? Comments?
on the road you spend a surrpising amount of time freewheeling, braking, stopped at junctions. On a trainner you are working all the time so effectivly an hour on the trainner is equal to more than an hour on the road, how much more depends on alot but i would say equal to say 1 1/2 on the road as a really rough guide
