I was doing a seach for Giro’s web site when I found this. I never did find a web site for Giro. Do they have one? I went to Bells web site but it didnt say anything about Giro.

They are still owned by Bell I believe.
Yes. I just had my Giro helmet replaced under the crash replacement program and all correspondence went through Bell.
Bell bought Giro during a run of acquisitions in 1995. IN 1998 it went private. When Chartwell Investments, GarMark Advisors and Wachovia Capital stopped funding Bell in 2004, it was sold to Fenway Sports and merged it into Riddell Sports Group.
