Does anyone make a tri bike shoe that is 1. Aero 2. Thin 3. Narrow?

By thin I mean a “low-rise” sole and minimal padding.

Just speculating here, but wouldn’t an ideal bike shoe have no padding to maximize the force to the pedals? Of course that might not be too comfortable on a long ride unless perhaps it was form-fitted…

I have a pair of the Bont Sub 9, and I think they would be a close match to what you are looking for.

Was about to suggest the same thing. The Bonts fit that bill perfectly.

Third vote for BONT.

Hmm, the Bont website says the Sub-9 is discontinued. I assume the Sub-8 is comparable (and are they going in reverse order on the their models?!)

the Bonts are not narrow, i’d say theyre average. The Pearl Izumi Tri Fly Octane shoes (the orange ones) are super super light, stiff, low stack and narrow. I love everything about them except they’re just too narrow for my feet. Lighter than Bont, S-works, anything (and i’ve owned them all.)
