Tri bike is at the painter, but it is usually in the hallway. Cross bike is in the hallway. Road bike is currently on the trainer in the living room. They each get a little pat when I walk by.

I’m pretty sure there are lots of guys (and some girls) on this site who have inappropriate relationships with their bikes. I’m going to hold off on calling social services. For now.
P.S. Your running shoes are in your closet right now crying about how long they’ve been given second class treatment. You need to love your kids all the same. That’s just good parenting.
I am starting to wonder how often everyone actually takes their bikes outdoors and rides them, sans aerobars, sans GPS, sans SRM, sans all the bull**** and just ride the bike hard.
Peace out!
I’m proud to say, I have zero computers on my bike! ![]()
It’s too dangerous out there!!!
Keep your babies indoors where you can keep an eye on them! Too many crazy people out on those streets…

my home!
My mt. bike is usually next to the road bike!

Bike are meant to be ridden. I have found that most of the people in my tri club with the P3c’s are the ones who also are not that fast. That is the people who qualify for Hawaii are the ones who ride, ride hard, and ride often. Not necessarily the newest bikes with SRM and silly software to sit and analyze their power files but the ones with bikes that are pretty nice, a few years old but are ridden frequently.
I do … well, to the “bike barn” in my case.
I sometimes stand there and marvel at my collection of awesome bikes. I say a little prayer of thanks that I’m blessed to have them, then I say another little prayer that I might become worthy of them.

Kestrelkerri rides a Giant? LOL
And who made your bed today Kerri?
and you suggest that I go by GIANTKERRI!? I used to own two kestrels, hence the name, they are now long since gone! ![]()
No KestrelKerri is awsome. My wife liked your beanie cap…where is it from?
It’s ROXY! I got it last year, so not sure you’ll find it! ![]()
sniff sore subject sniff. I have been told that mine is not rideable. My baby! I feel like I lost a friend…

Right now my road bike is in the Family Room. My wife’s road bike is in the Dining Room right next to my daughter’s Little 500 bike. In the Living Room my cro-moly road bike is hooked up to the Computrainer and on the bike storage rack I have both my new and old Tri-bikes, along with an old Tri-frame, road frame, & mountain bike frame hanging out. Also, there’s an old Trek hybrid hanging from the ceiling in our Utility Room.
Mine lives in my room - it has its own dedicated wall.
I know. It was a joke. I got hit by a car and totalled my Cervelo on Saturday. Note that I was out riding in December.

My roommate keeps telling me, “You know, you can put the bike in the garage,” or “Hey, I’ll get you a key to the garage so you can put your bike in there.”
Nah, I tell him - It’s fine in my bedroom.
Very funny topic … and yes, of course I do! And yes, they are in the garage: road bike, tri, MTN, kids, etc. I oggle the bikes more than my Mercedes (and certainly more than the wife’s minivan). Funny how connected we become to the things … much more personal and intimate than cars that seem far more replaceable then one’s bike.
I am looking forward to tossing on the new Blackwell 200 rear and 100 front…sweet…
Hope you recover fast and well. Did you ride Saturday? I recall seeing a thread about you getting back in the saddle?
Peace out!
