I’ve been listening to a lot of pro interview podcasts lately. In this interview of Patrick Lange, he said even as a relatively fast runner to start with (32:xx 10K), he still developed better running form/technique with help from his running coach Wolfgang 8 years ago and improved his 10K by 1 minute in just 6 months.
