Do powertap pedals sync with a Garmin 520

Just wondering if anyone knows if the powertap power meter pedals (now owned by SRAM)will sync with a Garmin 520 or 530? I have the pedals and use my iPhone but after 50 miles they drain my battery.

I have P1 pedals and garmin 520 they works great together, no problems.
Sometimes garmin says that right pedal is missing, just hit ok and forget about it:

They work perfectly together. I had at least 10K miles with my PowerTap P1 pedals connected to by Garmin Edge 520.
