Disc speed vs. Four or Three spoke wheel

Following on the discussion earlier of Disc speed, what is the relative speed advantage of a Disc over something like a Hed 3 or Corima 4 Spoke? Aerodynamics vs. slight weight advantage etc. Thanks for the feedback.
