They are a disaster.
When I worked in college athletics I would always get pissed when we had a guy come in from California or Hawaii as it almost always meant having to deal with Kaiser. Such a pain to deal with especially when you are at least 2,000 miles away, which makes getting an appointment with a GP hard, lol.
