Difference between Zipp 404 and 400?

Just wondering if someone knows off-hand the amount of aero advantage with the 404 (not Firecrest) and 400?

Numbers would be great but a summary works as well. My friend is deciding between two used models and I’m trying to convince him to get the 404. He doesn’t know if the extra cash is worth it. Thanks in advance!

I believe the 404 is a 700C wheel and the 400 a 650C wheel. So he needs to choose the one that is the correct size for his/her frame.

Check out the hubs. Zipp improved the hubs over the years, while the rim design stayed the same.
