We were so busy this weekend that I did not get to race the Jacksonville BFAST race this morning. I just checked results and found that I took 9th in my age group. Darn…I suck!!! I was 17 minutes slower then last year over the same course.
I just emailed the RD to find out how the hell I raced without being there!!! This’ll drop the USAT ranking like a brick!
Obviously a ploy to try to hold on to an undeserved USAT ranking. I saw you at the race and will swear to it in a court of law.

Your USAT score is the best three races of the year anyway so don’t worry.
I had that happen in a bike race. I ended up like 19th. I went to go to the race and got lost. So I parked on the side of the road and decided just to go train for a few hours. Somehow I found the bike race and just tried to get away from the course. Not before I crossed the finish line though. It was a good time to cross to, no one there except the officials. The must have saw my jersey and assumed I put my number on wrong or something. LOL
