I’m an average sweater, no not like an average cardigan, but like I don’t leave huge puddles under the trainer.
The problem is that I think the electrolyte content of my sweat is above average. I’m the guy that always ends up a workout with the white crusties all over his face.
The problem with this is I believe that I’m loosing electrolytes at a rate that is much greater than my fluid loss. The result is that as I take in fluids it goes right back out because of low electrolyte levels.
I’ve played with increasing electrolyte content but would like to know definitively how much electrolytes I’m losing.
Anyone know of an easy test to try and accomplish this?
