I’m no expert, but it really looks like you definitely need a fast forward seat post. Like really badly.
again no expert but you look stretched out…bring saddle forward maybe
.
lower, tighter, shorten the reach, raise saddle
.
i’m sorry… but my answer is exspensive.
start with a new HUGE frame. then when you get that set up close, post another picture and we will help you out a little more.
your seat post is out somewhere near dangerously high and as a result it has put your contact point very far behind the BB. looks like you have the seat jammed all the way forward and it’s still not far enough.
i think with a larger frame you will get a heck of a lot closer to a good fit.
I have to agree that your frame is too small. Your seat is jacked all the way up, but you look to me like it still needs to be much higher. Your right leg in the pic looks like you are losing a lot of power in your stroke (or lack of it).
you are also very stretched out in your torso position…
sorry…
unfortunately , that frame is all I could afford at the moment… I know it is small, I got it like that to compensate for my xtremely short torso compared to legs…
understood about the $$$
then the only thing you can do is push the seat as far up as you can and sit on the rivot! (i don’t remember seeing spacers, but if there are any in there take them out)
good luck
why did you delete your original post? nothing wrong with what you posted! and your bike fit, tho it needs some tweaking, is a good start.
that bike looks fine to me. you can do well on that. one person noted that you might want to raise the saddle a little bit. maybe that’s true. i’d have to see your pedaling action, but, that might be indicated.
second, i think folks here are right that if you pushed the saddle forward a bit, that would be a good thing, mostly because it would shorten the cockpit distance, and your back and shoulders would be more comfortable.
is your saddle all the way forward on its rails?
Hey Slowman, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. This is big for me! (coming from you)
I can send you a video with my pedaling action if you have the time to look at it. Right now I live in Puerto Rico and have no access to a good fitter, nor the $.
*Saddle is pushed all the way forward on a zero setback seatpost.
Thanks again for taking the time to do this for me…
