so cool that chris foster won! thanks for posting the results on here. he is an amazing runner… i wasn’t at dallas but at elite nat’s in portland back in september he came out of the water nearly last, had a decent bike considering he wasn’t in a pack at all, then RAN like no other. i think he had the fastest run split that day by at least a minute. it was cool to watch.
His bio says that he split a 4:01 mile in the DMR…definitely qualifies him for that capitalized VERY!
Our own desert dude placed 2nd in has AG and 6th overall amature.
I Guess you could say I had an alright race. I was 5 minutes faster than last year, a PR by 1 minute and 5th in my age group…breathing down Mike Plumbs (4th) neck : )

That was a great race, and the weather was awesome this year! Also couldn’t help by notice how competitive it was this year compared to last. 15+ minute improvement, and finished basically the same in my AG. Geesh!
It was also the first time I’ve seen a nice KHS TT bike in person…and it happened to be under the winning pro.

'09 splits 20:41/0:59:48/17:08 (transitions were a little slower this year for some reason)
