Thanks for your input. I think I have similar situation after viewing video. Do bone spurs grow back after the endoscopic decompression? If so how long generally will this treatment last? Which discipline is the major culprit, the pounding of running or the flex position on the aerobar? Can it be prevented/treated thru PT if so which method do you follow, ie Egoscue, McKenzie, etc.?
