We are in the process of building our home and hung up on changes to the garage we want to make. The garage as designed is a overall area 21’8" x 35’4". There is a room in one corner that is 11’ x 13’4" as a flex room.
Goals for the garage are to store an Camper inside for a bit and then put in a car lift and use it to work on cars and a general house workshop. Now the current ceiling height is only 8’ which is a problem, since the Camper is 9’ (goal is to rebuild it and make it shorter in height and length, and convert it to an RV hauler type Camper).
This is where our needs to change the garage come into play and our options are as follows:
1: Dual Pitch Truss Roof (vaulted ceiling on the 2 car deep side). This would give me a 9x10 door and a 9x7 door. They havent told me about making it wider, which with 2 9’ doors it would almost need to be. -$7304
2: Raise the garage ceiling to 10’ with an 18x10 door-$7567
3: Garage Ceiling with 2 9x10 doors- $7965 (again I would think this would mean it needs to be wider too)
4: 4 course block and standard frame with an 18x10 door- $10527
5: 4 course block and standard framing with 2 9x10 doors- $11449
I am leaning towards option 2, but if option 1 is also making the garage wider then I will probably lean towards that. Any thoughts on either option for a new build?

Can remember depth of garage. Height of doors 7’, 10 ft ceiling?
Extra width was $2k, no brainer. Go as high and deep as you can. I wish I would have gone extra 8-10 ft, could have parked camper sideways in there.
Can you do prestressed underneath? We did, fantastic. Extra $20k, but 10k square ft semi finished below, 8 ft door for mower, etc. landscaping never worked out to park a car down there—that was original plan.

Wish we could afford to do that, budget is kinda tight on this one but we do plan on being in this home until atleast our second daughter graduates (due end of sept).
As for plans of the camper conversion, havent done anything on it yet and wont until it is in the garage
