Well, well, well. Some action going down now. THAT’s what I’ talkin 'bout. Things are picking up. Guess some people are just slow starters. Just sayin.

Semi-camp just had to fall on finals week, eh.

My usual position of MOP/BOP. Short day yesterday - 16 short miles then 3200 M in the pool. total for the day 48 for the 3 days 178. Waiting for the weekend.

Wasn’t sure what/if anything I would have time for last night, but managed to throw in a quick brick to cap the day.

Monday Totals:

2600m lunch time swim= 26 pts.

18mile bike (trainer)= 18 pts.

4mile run (freezing outside)= 16pts.

TOTAL FOR DAY: 60pts.

TOTAL THRU DAY 3= 174 pts.

I hope everyone has a great day. I’ve already logged some pts this AM, but will wait to post Day 4 totals until tomorrow AM. (BTW: IT’s supposed to snow in Michigan the next three day! UGG. Please give us some warm weather soon…I can’t take it anymore)

Monday
Swam 3000 at 5:30 am followed by a 3.5 mile run. Rode 30 miles on the computrainer at night.

3 day Total-276

Tuesday-
Rode 20 miles this morning. Have a 10 mile run planned this afternoon. Also, I have taken a 1/2 day off work tomorrow to get in my 6 hour ride.

If you are really that interested (strength in numbers)

Sat: 64 (13 mile run/1200 swim)
Sun: 55 (ride)
Mon: 71 (3000 swim/big gym session/2 mile run)

I’m just hoping Francois does not lap me. Snow is not helping the cause.

Sat: 12 mile run (with a 5k race in the middle that trashed my legs). 48 pts

Sun: 62 mile bike, 4 mile run. 78 pts

Mon: (Dead tired) 2800 swim, 17 mile bike super ez. 45 pts

I got stuck for 6 hours on the highway. A mini van played tag w/ a semi and two sedans. Pencil in a big big 0 points for me.

Monday - CT ride - 2 mi warmup/16 mile hard ride (IM WI Verona-Madison leg: Ave: 21 mph/236 W/97 RPM/HRM’s not working)/2 mi cool down - 20 pts.

6 mile hard trail run with a buddy and our dogs (all off-leash, no other folks encountered, no incidents to report) - 24 pts.

3-day total: 199

I guess I’ll chime in with my numbers:

Sat: 2 hours on rollers, 4 mile run - 52 pts
Sun: 1 hour rollers ez, 9 miles running - 52 pts
Mon: 3200m swim, 4 miles running - 58 pts

Total: 162

It’s going to be warm this weekend in Wisconsin when I get the long rides in. I’ve already got a big strength session in this morning. If I can get my trainer buddy to go a little long in the basement tonite, I should have some decent numbers.
