Well, well, well. Some action going down now. THAT’s what I’ talkin 'bout. Things are picking up. Guess some people are just slow starters. Just sayin.
My usual position of MOP/BOP. Short day yesterday - 16 short miles then 3200 M in the pool. total for the day 48 for the 3 days 178. Waiting for the weekend.
Wasn’t sure what/if anything I would have time for last night, but managed to throw in a quick brick to cap the day.
Monday Totals:
2600m lunch time swim= 26 pts.
18mile bike (trainer)= 18 pts.
4mile run (freezing outside)= 16pts.
TOTAL FOR DAY: 60pts.
TOTAL THRU DAY 3= 174 pts.
I hope everyone has a great day. I’ve already logged some pts this AM, but will wait to post Day 4 totals until tomorrow AM. (BTW: IT’s supposed to snow in Michigan the next three day! UGG. Please give us some warm weather soon…I can’t take it anymore)
Monday
Swam 3000 at 5:30 am followed by a 3.5 mile run. Rode 30 miles on the computrainer at night.

Tuesday-
Rode 20 miles this morning. Have a 10 mile run planned this afternoon. Also, I have taken a 1/2 day off work tomorrow to get in my 6 hour ride.
I got stuck for 6 hours on the highway. A mini van played tag w/ a semi and two sedans. Pencil in a big big 0 points for me.

It’s going to be warm this weekend in Wisconsin when I get the long rides in. I’ve already got a big strength session in this morning. If I can get my trainer buddy to go a little long in the basement tonite, I should have some decent numbers.
