Dash

thinking of taking the plunge on a dash saddle, was thinking Stage. currently on a adamo prologue, what width would people recommend in the dash. I am thinking i would like something slightly more narrow.

thanks.

No experience with the Dash but have you thought about at least starting with a Cobb saddle. Cobb makes some great saddles and you can try for 90 days. If it doesn’t work out you can just send it back for a full refund. At the very least you will get a better understanding of other saddles out there. They have a seat selector guide to get you started: http://www.cobbcycling.com/saddles/seat-selector-guide/

I went from an Adamo Race to a std width Tri7 and LOVE it. I will not ride another TT saddle ever again.

Also a former Adamo Race and now current Dash saddle proponent. I love it!

Currently on an Adamo Time Trial…suggestions for a Dash replacement?

I went from an Adamo Attack to a Tri.7 (narrow build) on the TT bike and absolutely love it. I also have a Strike.9 on my road bike and it made a world of difference there too.

If you always ride in aero position chose stage - if you ride upright often chose strike. Both great saddles.
I prefer stage/tri9 for racing and strike for training (on my stationary bike).
Dash has great tryout plan and if you have any more questions email Weston via Dash website. He is great guy and can answer all your questions.

Saddle width should be determined by the width of your sit bones. Saddle should be marked somewhere with the width, 143, 155, 168 are common widths.
