When drinking Cytomax an a replenishment drink during a long workout, 6 hours or more, should it be used exclusively? If you start drinking water also isn’t this in essence diluting the mixture? Actually, I guess this could be asked of any of the sports drinks. Does anybody drink a sports drink exclusively or do you mix in water also during long events?
Sports drink. And, Cytomax is a little low on the Sodium. I wonder if, on long hot races or workouts, it might predispose one to hyponatremia. If you drink water on those long ones, you’d better include salt tablets or e-gel, or something with a little Na.
