How do you guys clean your cycling shoes after a HIM or IM? Between the sweat, urine, gatorade, and mud my shoes are and smell like a complete disaster. I am wondering what has worked for you in the past. Thanks.
Clean them good, dry them throroughly then freeze them for 24 hours.
whats the purpose of freezing them?
ps… the piss thing is gross.
Kills the bacteria, which is the primary reason for the stink. But clean them and dry them first.
