Cycling Clinic/lecture with Professional Cyclist John Lieswyn from the Healthnet team.
Here is a great opportunity to learn from a veteran professional cyclist. The lecture portion of the clinic starting at 10:30am John will give a presentation and answer any questions you might have during this time. Then weather permitting we will either bundle up and venture outdoors for a group ride or jump on the indoor trainers to learn some of John’s training intervals. Cost will be $10 for Iowa State University triathlon club members and $25 for non club members. Contact asyhlman@yahoo.com for more information about signing up for the clinic.
