I ordered some tires (3 sets of michelin pro race) from www.probikekit.com
The mailman, comes to the door, and there is a $42 customs charge from the US Government. I go to the Post Office and they say this rarely happens. Like once a year for their branch. Has anyone ever had this happen. I have ordered from www.probikekit.com twice before and it has never happened until this third time.
