Customer Service at Reynolds Composites

I just wanted to post a quick note about the excellent service received from the guys at Reynolds Composite. I purchased a Reynolds fork from a third party and found out, after the fact, that it was the wrong fork rake for my frame. I contacted Steve Santel at Reynolds and he was able to help me get the right fork even though he had zero obligation to do so. I’ve had to deal with them on several occasions and their customer service has always been top-notch. I know we often hear about getting shafted by certain businesses out there (Francois’ initial treatment at Travelocity which was horrible!) so wanted to post about the flip-side and good experiences. Just an FYI, in case you are in the market for a product that Reynolds might provide- if there are any problems down the line, Steve and the boys will definitely take care of you and make it right.
