Is this crazy (besides voiding any warranty)? Remove the lense, nose piece and ear pads first of course. What kind of paint would you use? Prime first? Just buy a new pair?

I wouldn’t do it but if you must… Go to a hobby/model shop show them the frame so they can recommend a paint for it. Some model boat paint should work.
