You can design a custom jersey at Zaavy.com. Velowear.com will also do custom jerseys. Either site will allow you to upload your own images, but the first site is a little cheaper.
Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but, you probably can’t use the NFL’s logos, trademarks, or Brett’s likeness(including drawn characters or his autograph) without written consent, plus them getting a cut of hte profit$. I doubt Voler would do anything without permission from the said licensers.
Exactly. While this might be the greatest thing since sliced bread, I doubt Voler or anyone else will print the jersey for fear of the No Fun League coming down and asking for exponential damages…

I would think you could use some stock clip art images, with your own text. Certainly, the NFL can’t copyright everything, can they?
Haven’t you seen the little blurb they run during the games about how the images and pictures are part of their broadcast? I am positive if you used a picture of Favre in any type of football associated role, it would be under the NFL’s jurisdiction. You may have better luck using older shots when he was at Southern Miss. I don’t make or enforce the rules. I just know they exist.
My guess is it’s a licensing issue/nightmare…
Why not just wear the real jersey?
