How does one go about getting custom made Bont’s in North America, specifically, Canada? I emailed them at info@bont.com a few days ago but have not received a reply…

You order them direct from the Bont website. Done it twice because no one stocks wide, they take a few weeks to get here (US).
Through their website. I highly recommend if like me you have strange feet - mine are wide, but one is very wider than the other - standard off the shelf shoes were always uncomfortable in varying spots.
The custom Bonts are sized to each individual foot. Super happy with the result. Also you get the added bonus of being able to choose some special colour combos. But main reason to go custom is for the sizing if you have odd shaped feet and so I HIGHLY recommend.
Delivery took approx six weeks, but that was what they told it would be, so no probs.

I did see the full custom page though. But, I’m a little unsure about going through the process of sending molds to Australia…I assume that is the case? I’d know for sure if they’d respond to my emails, but they don’t, which doesn’t help…
I’m looking into Simmons custom shoes as well. North America, respond to emails, and not too much more expensive for the comparable shoe to the zero…
