Well the TTX is pretty much on par with the P3, so if Levi had been on a P3 he might have been 2 seconds quicker?
on a P4, maybe 8 seconds?
Doesn’t really substantively change things in this race, or most races.
But if Zabriske had been on a P4, well maybe there would be a different winner of this stage!!

You’re making suppositions about the P4, a bike nobody has ridden in a race, nobody other than test riders has ridden for any length of time, and which is not currently on the market.

Hmmm…I don’t know…in the TT that really mattered (the amateur TT), it looks to me like Cervelo went 1, 2 (the first guy started 1 minute in front of the second)
After 6 years of people riding it we still know nothing about how much faster it is than the P3 in real world conditions and we will still have to keep making assumptions and drinking the kool aid.
In the meantime, the P4 is a P3 with less shit sticking out in the wind, so its going to be quicker. deal.
